• Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the advance payment made at the time of booking.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment. No refunds will be issued in this case.
• No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice), the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

2. Modification of Reservations

• Guests may request modifications to their reservations (such as changing dates or room types) subject to availability. Any changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in date.
• If the modification results in a lower tariff, the difference will not be refunded. If it results in a higher tariff, the guest will be required to pay the additional amount.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
